Severe Mental Illnesses, Addiction, & Policy Change
New Way Out is committed to addressing serious mental illnesses, specifically targeting those who suffer from conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorders. We are also committed to addressing issues surrounding addition, whether i’s social media or substance abuse. While these mental health issues have become more discussed in today’s society, there is is still room to increase education about resources and drive policy change. New Way Out is here to champion mental health awareness and drive systemic change at both the state and local level across California.

Substance Abuse National Helpline
SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential 24/7 information service for individuals and families facing substance use disorders.
NAMI Helpline
